Are you ready to dive into the world of cooking seafood but not sure where to begin? Are you nervous about overcooking or not sure what parts to eat? Or how about knowing where your food comes. Join us for a memorable culinary experience at our Seafood Cooking Class.

Our class format is designed to provide you with a in depth look at preparing seafood that will last approximately 2 hours. Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to work with 3 – 4 types of seafood, guided by your local chef, Katie Hardie.

Indulge your taste buds with a delightful seafood feast, showcasing the flavors and textures of the various species. As you savor each bite, you’ll also learn more about the different types of seafood, their nutritional benefits, and how to select and prepare them with confidence.

Katie will share practical tips and techniques to help you enhance your culinary skills. From creating the perfect flavor profile, to cooking and presentation, you’ll walk away with new culinary knowledge that you can apply in your own home.

But that’s not all! As a token of appreciation for joining our Seafood Cooking Class, every guest will receive some yummy recipes to recreate at home. And to further inspire your seafood cooking adventures, you’ll also leave with a free sample of fish from Sierra Seafood Co.
