TERMS & CONDITIONS
We deliver to Colorado mountain towns twice a year (Spring and Fall), taking orders about 4-6 weeks in advance of our deliveries. We do our best to be on time during our delivery days, but weather, traffic or other unforeseen delays may occur. If we’re running late, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We send day-of-delivery text updates to keep you informed so please provide your best contact number at checkout.
Our community delivery schedule is posted at sierraseafood.co/events during each order window. We will send out a sign up prior to deliveries to allow you to select a time slot for your pick-up and avoid waiting in line.
An order is a commitment to picking up your fish at your scheduled delivery. If you are unable to pick up at your chosen community location then you are responsible to have someone else pick up for you. Due to the complexity of logistics for a frozen perishable product, unclaimed orders may be forfeit without a refund, so please be sure to arrange for pick up at your allotted time and location.
Refund policy: Orders canceled while we are open for orders, and before deliveries will receive a full refund, minus credit card processing fees. Orders canceled after order Spring or Fall order deadline will not receive a refund. Orders made between seasons are refundable with in 5 days, minus credit card processing fees. Request order cancellation by replying to your order email or using the website contact form.
If for any reason you are not happy with your fish, please reach out to us.
We pride ourselves in our product, so any complaint is a serious complaint. However without supporting documentation, we can’t learn from those experiences or even be confident that we are talking about the same thing. Please include in your documentation photos and a description of product (taste, smell, texture…etc). Please tell us how the fish was stored, handled, thawed, and cooked. We need that information to help us resolve the issue. Sierra Seafood Co cannot be held responsible for damages to our product coming from not storing it properly upon receiving. We value our customers and want you to love your fish and will do our best to take care of your needs.
We save our customers 20-30% by not selling by the individual piece. We sell in bulk to save our customers money.
If you are new to a fish and intimidated to purchase an entire case please consider splitting with a friend. If you still aren’t sold on it and want to try before buying please contact us on our contact page or reach out to Sierra directly. It is our honor and reward to introduce new fish to our landlocked communities in Colorado.

We are based in Breckenridge but do not have a store front. If we have any extra inventory in the off season we offer local pick up in Breckenridge. Contact us directly prior to placing an order to see if we can accommodate you.
