Its all the rage these days! Eat your seafood deliciously raw in a poke bowl.

It’s my default for meals to go, appetizers, or when entertaining large groups; people can even get creative and make their own interpretation of a poke bowl. Make poke tacos, poke nachos or poke sliders. These make great meals, or appetizers.
