*If you plan to cook the tuna then it will be good for 3-4 days in the fridge before it starts to lose it’s fresh zest. When you defrost in fridge cut a hole in the package to let out the excess water. This prevents your fish from getting any bacteria build up or too soft while thawed. If you plan to eat it as sushi, then you must consume the thawed fish within a couple days for peak freshness.
